  2. CD 1 - Club 24/9/76 This is Burton-on-Trent, not Club. It's a transfer of an LP which was wrongly labelled as Club. I compared this to the indecent Exposure CD from the box set of the same name, which is also a recording of this gig. Indecent Exposure sounds better but runs too slow.

By the time the soundtrack was being prepared, Johnny Rotten (Lydon) had left the band and refused to participate in the project, so the "proper" Sex Pistols tracks were done by taking Lydon's vocals from the October demo session recordings and rerecording their instrumental tracks (done by Paul Cook and Steve Jones).   9. The ones that are missing are believe or not, on CDs 3 and 4 of this set (except one track), so it is a good addition to that box. You can also get the reissue of NEVER MIND THE BOLLOCKS with SPUNK that contains the missing tracks from that box. This edition of Spunk has the best sound/5(2).
